help ! Internal Server Error

    pls help site appeared to be working yesterday but now this morning this appears :
    any ideas about what happened pls ?

    whirlygirl,

    Could be .htaccess, mod_security, other server error. You should contact hosting support, such issue is possible to fix in few minutes.

    when i ftp to my site I can’t see above the /htdocs file ?

    what do you think ?

    Username has not enough privileges to see above /htdocs/. If you were able to see it before, then it’s permissions/ownership problem. Contact your hosting support, they has full access to server and will fix it fast.

    apparently my hosting company says I have to create the .htaccess file !

    i didn’t know…am a newbie …pls be patient

    You may contact me by email ([email protected]) and I’ll check your website, if you want. It should not take much time.

    I would check website itself, .htaccess, logs, permissions and ownership, may be something else according to logs.

    hi ark and thanks for feedback but it is a very new web space…i can’t see any logs …am going to try just creating a .htaccess file and then see what happens ..fasthost haven’t exactly helped me!
