Help installing wordpress for existing blogger domain?

  • I’d like to transfer my blogger blog to wordpress, but need to install wordpress first and get the template design and layout all sorted out first.

    I have a hosting account with hostgator, but my current blog (hosted with blogger, but the domain name/url is hosted with go daddy) is not linked to my host gator account. Can someone tell me how to go about installing wordpress so I can work on my new design template and layout without having to switch it over my blog until I’m ready?
