[help] Installing a theme

  • Hello all,
    I am encountering an issue with installing a theme. I have purchased 2 themes – one is very easy to install as I simply upload .zip file via admin panel. It works. The other doesn’t work. I need to manually move folders via FTP to wp-content/themes. I have done it, but I do not see the theme available….I cannot select it.

    What might be the issue?
