Forms plugin

Greetings,

I’m creating a new website so I need to know some of the plugins in order to
build the website as i wanted. Like I give you an example , If I want customers to register to my website , I can use the WP Forms plugin , right ? So in that same manner , I will list all my needs and could you please help me enumerate all the necessary plugins ?

First of all , I want two options for my customers to register an account , once pressing register , the options that should pop up is personal and business. Personal is free and business is paid service. How can I update this to my wordpress ? Secondly , customers must be able to create new post for themselves , just like in facebook/twitter. Next , chat room in website. Seems like there’s a lot more to go , not sure if I can do this. Let me get some good response for this first ,
