Hey guys, need a bit of help here. I am using WP E Commerce, shopping cart/e-commerce plug in with my WordPress site. I just made my site responsive . Now when you pay using Paypal Express Checkout and paypal posts the transaction results back to my site for my customers to confirm their data before clicking on the “make payment” button, the address field is cut off. Anyone who can help me please?

Hey alphamax that sounds like you’ll need to edit the css layout a little. Without seeing your site I don’t have a specific answer but you could get some help by consulting someone from this list of prominent WordPress / WPEC developers

Edward, you have to actually go through the check out process in iphone view or 320 PX wide view. You won’t be charged until you make payment. or click that button so can you do that.

    My site is here

So basically go to any product page, like this one for instance

Click on the buy now button at the bottom
Then you will be taken to check out
Fill in “Bogus info” if you wish
Then go to paypal, anyways, I don’t know if you can see what I am seeing without entering cc info.

But anyways once you enter your billing info or cc info rather on Paypal as the billing address is posted as I am using Paypal Express Checkout.

When you click on next or pay, you are taken to transaction results on my site and you can see your address and such, before a “make payment button”.

The address field is cut off. I think the table is more than the width allowed by the container. So we need to make the table that the table sits in to display this data bigger in css to accommodate for a longer address string.

Can you now help me Ed?

I have followed your links up until paypal everything up until that point looks fine and works.

as I previously stated… the display issue is more than likely CSS layout related.

If you aren’t sure how to do this your best bet is to check the list of consultants to help you alter the display.

Hi Edward, I actually solved the problem. It had nothing to do with CSS but adjusting the table width in one of the files. I do have a question though. I want to in the “transaction results” page, that people are taken to to review their order have the product name, quantity added. Right now it just states the product price, and their shipping address. I also selling downloadable info so that really doesn’t apply. I would like to replace this info with their billing info from paypal and also the name of the product and quantity. Do you know how I send that info and pass it back to this page for customer display?

    Thanks
