Help In Category Link.

Hi Guys,
I quite new to WordPress and trying to figure out how to customize my blog.
Currently i am testing my blog locally and encounter a problem.
WHen i mouseover my category’s link, it display, https://localhost/…/wordpress/?cat=4 for my Tools Category.
I saw so blog when i mouseover their link, the link is https://localhost/…/wordpress/tools/Can someone teach me how to do that??
