Help in building a moview review website

Hi, I want to build a movie review website but I am not sure how to proceed. I am currently using the Astra theme. But I am not good in coding to make a shift of theme or able to edit the present website. Could anyone suggest what I need to do to improve my website user experience. Things are pretty clumsy in my website. I also need to segregate two language content. Also, please suggest a good theme
