Help: I'm trying to find a wordpress widget that can rotate/flip/spin an image

Hi, I’m looking to find a wordpress plugin widget that will let me flip, spin, or rotate an image.
I want the image to flip around like as if you were looking at a business card and you flipped it over to look at the back. I want it to spin around 180 degrees and then flip back over the the other side.
I don’t want it to scroll or slide.
