Help, I was updating and then my blog crashed

    Help, first I was updating WordPress and it went fine, but then I was updating all plugins and then my blog crashed and I have this message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘&’, expecting T_VARIABLE or ‘$’ in /hsphere/local/home/xxxxxx/cphprivateguide.dk/eng/wp-content/plugins/adrotate/adrotate-manage.php

    I don’t know what to do now. Someone who can help me please?
