    Hello,

    I’m having some issues with emails being flagged as spam

    example:
    This email has failed its domains authentication requirements, it may be spoofed or improperly forwarded

    I’m happy to add a dkim to my DNS which would properly solve this issue

    Hi @3dprintmad . Sorry for the delay in response.

    We are more than happy to assist with generating a DKIM key for this CreativeMail account. Just a couple of things to let you know before we proceed. Once we have generated the DKIM key for the account, they will not be able to send out any emails through the account until they have implemented the key into their DNS. This process can take a couple of days depending on provisioning times of your DNS providers. Once the account is authenticated for a domain, that will be the only domain you can use for a from email address when sending through the account.

    If you still want to proceed, send us an email to [email protected] and our team will guide you through the steps to configure the DKIM key.
