Help I flambeed my site and can't log into the dashboard

  • I somehow changed either the Site URL or the WordPress URL and can no longer access my dashboard. When I go to log in, I get an HTTP 500 error and a blank screen. I googled for the answer and someone suggested changing the site and home URL in the database directly. i did this and still no luck. Any ideas??? please help.
