Help I don’t have Plugins directory anymore

I was trying to upload a plugin in Filezilla and I must have deleted the directory, even though I still see wp-content/plugins. When I go to my WordPress website the Plugin page says no such directory exists

Another question, where do I put it? there is a file www and a file public/html (they both seem to have the same folders in it. What’s the difference?

How can I get it back? I am very new to this, I don’t know what else to tell you. Where exactly would I reenter?
