Help! I deleted my cache and now my site is gone!

I was messing with some of the plug-ins. Growmap anti-spambot had started identifying all of commenters as spambots. It said I had to clear my cache because it had updated. So I went and deleted my cache and now all I get if I go to my homepage is:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/rachel75/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tweet-old-post-pro/inc/lib/dependencies/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 1699

So how can I get my site back?? HELP!
