    Hi there.

    I was configuring my popup and I wanted to set the settings to “saving emails on MyPopUps” but when I hit the download email icon, no emails were recorded on the csv file.

    Please help.

    So you switched it to “Save emails on MyPopUps”, and then subscribed (i.e. after you made the switch), and still no emails are shown in the CSV file?

    Yes, correct. I switched it and test subscribed but still no emails shown on the CSV file.

    Could you please login to MyPopUps in incognito browser mode and then try again to download it? Do the emails show up then?

    Hey Nick!

    Yes oh, that method works. Does that mean from now on, I have to log in via incognito browser to view the email entries?

    Also, does my entires disappear after my trial plan ?

    Ok, cool!

    It’s a bug we need to fix at our end. For now, please use the incognito solution.

    No, the entries won’t disappear ??
