This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    See https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

One thing I note is that your site shows “X-Powered-By:PHP/5.4.45”. You should contact your host about moving up to PHP version 7.

Ok no idea how to use FTP to disable plug ins but I will contact the host to look at it

    Thank you

As Steve said, try switching your theme to the default WP theme temporarily as this might be the issues.

Concerning plugins, If you are able to log into your hosting provider and use the file manager, you go to the plugins directory and rename your plugins ( this will disable the plugin as WordPress will not find it ). Disable them one by one and keep testing to isolate the problem.
