well, 108MB is a lot if you get that in 5 minutes, and barely worth mentioning if you have it after 1 week.

but if you get that size after a short time running AO, then disable “also aggregate inline JS” and optionally “also aggregate inline CSS” as well. more info on cache size and how to keep that acceptable in the AO FAQ.

    hope this helps,
    frank

I have a client who is running Autoptimize on a wpengine hosting platform, They have informed me that they are daily having to flush the cash, as it shows the red warning on the top of their admin bar.

They reset it this morning, at my requested, now there running at 95% or 481.99 mb, that’s happened over the period of 6 hrs.

Their concern is that a to large cache may take the site down or slow it down, as far as I’m aware wpengine provides the main site cache for the website.

Obviously speed of loading is of great importance when it comes to google rankings, and you plugin performs extremely well, at minifying the css and js.

Whats the solution to alleviate my clients fears?
