HELP – How to display entries of a category on a drop-down box

  • Hello folks,

    I’m working on a music magazine site but I’m stuck looking for solution for this. I what to be able to display all entries of a particular category in a drop-down box on the sidebar. The entries must be displayed in alphabetical order. Is this possible? If so can anyone please provide the code?

    If you’re asking your self why the heck do I need that, here is the reason/plan:
    I’m creating an “Artists/Bands” category where all entries will work as artist profiles and I want quick easy access to them in the sidebar. If you know of a better and more accessible approach for the end user I would love to hear it.
