Help: How to Change/Activate Theme on WordPress 4.0

  • I just install WordPress 4.0 on my new website, I notice that the interface has change. I Install New THEMES but I did NOT see the ACTIVATE button, so all the theme I download can not be activated.
    Pls Help: Very Urgent
