Help: How can I get a Category to display grid instead of blogroll?

  • I am currently using SELA theme and have on my main menu one of the categories of the blog.
    You click the menu item and it will take you to a page that lists all posts in that category as a continuous blogroll.

    How can I make it look like a grid with 3-4 pictures per row using the first picture of each post as the thumbnail and the title of the post displayed right underneath?

    I am very new to custom CSS as in I have no experience whatsoever and I have been looking and searching online for a solution and can’t seem to find one.

    Can someone kindly provide me with steps of what I need to do?
    Do I have to use custom CSS? Is there a plug-in out there that does this?
