Help Hackers have shut down my account!

    Someone from France, as I checked the IP, tried to log on to my account over 100 time using the user name admin and Administration.
    I went into my admin and blocked the IP.
    I then changed my password to be extra safe, The site was running fine as i logged into it to make sure it was fine.
    So i sat to have dinner with the family, after I go to the site and it wont even load, i just get this error.

    I’m utterly devastated, I called the police to report it, but they just do not care. Please HELP ME!
