HELP! Gray Box Appears on Link Hover

I’m using the Brainstorm Force Astra template “Musician.”
When I hover the mouse over any link on this client site (buttons, text links etc.), a gray box pops up (almost like a Tool Tip) containing the same text as the button/link.
It’s not isolated to any specific button widget – I’ve reproduced it on different ones.
Looks like something with the html for links, but I cannot figure out how to change it.
