Help getting started

    Hello. This is the first time I’ve tried using a plugin, so I’m sure I’m just missing something that most people get how to do, possibly with plugins in general rather than this specific one!

    I’m trying to follow the installations instructions. (1) I uploaded the plugin to the director. (2) I am not sure how to give read & write access to the temp folder, so that might be where my issue lies. (3) I activated the plugin. (4) I got my Etsy API key. (5) I entered in the the options page and is says it is valid. (6) I”m addin one of my short codes, [etsy-shop shop_name=”TheJourneyBack” section_id=”17802184″] into my page. I’ve tried both the Visual and text editors.

    What I get looks like this when it should look something like this followed by the embedding of my Etsy Shop.

    What am I doing wrong? Please help! I upgraded my site specifically so I could use this plugin and now I’m worried it isn’t going to work for me.

    Pretty simple in this case!

    The first sentence on the page tell you how to disable the debug mode.
    Go to Etsy Shop Options page and make sure you have not enable the debug mode.

    Please post if this works or you have any question!
