Because that’s a broken url and I don’t want this post publicly associated with anything. I didn’t realize www.remarpro.com “support” tickets weren’t editable nor private whatsoever until it was too late.

Now this post will also be taking up precious bits of space on the wp.org database, and maybe you should remove this one too once you decide to simply follow through on a simple request because a community member asked you nicely.
