HELP. GENESIS THEME DEAD

Dear Friends.
I am trying to change my theme. it used to be genesis. My webmaster is gone.
Right now the genesis theme is SOO OLD that I cannot even use my dashboard.
it is just a white screen. Here is a picture. Please help
