Help – general settings seem to have reset to http

  • Help! In the course of working with a plugin team on a separate problem, their support asked me to change my general settings from http to https for both the WordPress address and the site address. When I looked at my general settings, I saw https, so I screenshotted that and sent it to the plugin team. Then they responded with their own screenshot showing “http”. I did a hard refresh and now indeed I see http as well! And when I try to change the settings, I get a “your domain cannot be changed here”. So I need to change this to https and also try to understand how this happened, if that’s even possible! Thanks.

    Actually nevermind – it seems to be a bizarre issue with iThemes. When I disable the plugin, the General Settings revert to http. When I re-enable it, they revert to https. I don’t understand this but I’ll live with it.
