forgot password not working well

    I got some trouble about forgot password function

    if user forgot password and try to recover it from forgot password

    then the user input username or email address, they got link to resetting their password

    after that they can input new password to replace the forgotten password

    user successfully input their new password, then when they try to login with new password

    the website tell them ” incorrect password ”

    can you tell us suggestion how we can solve this problem

    I mean the password seems not change even they succesfuly reset the password
    *so they can’t login using new password

    somehow I found temporary solution, because I’m using ultimate member and woocommerce

    I use woocommerce reset password page, and it working well

    Try deactivating Woocommerce for a moment and see if that solves the issue. If not, do the standard troubleshooting procedure for both theme and plugin conflict.

    We are having this same issue. If someone clicks on the forgot password link, it loops back to the login page.

    I followed @borisv’s suggestion of deactivating WooCommerce plugin and now our forgot password link goes to: oursite.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword instead of the oursite.com/my-account/lost-password/. But, when I reactivate WooCommerce, the looping still occurs.
