    Hello, I have a problem when I try to put a channel with the option “Force Username Selection checked”. It’s okay that he doesn’t let me enter the chat until I put a nickname.

    But the case is that I put what I put it does not let me access, I have tried with the check set from the plugin settings, put in the shortcode, etc. Does anyone know what can happen?

    Add that when I write a nickname, this is added to the url but it still remains in the option of writing a nickname.

    Hello,

    Wise Chat uses a nonce code to secure the form. It is very likely cache is enabled on the chat page and the same nonce code is generated all the time. Please try to exclude the chat page from cache and let’s see if it helps. This can be either WordPress cache or cache proxy (Cloudflare or similar).
