Help! Forbidden

My blog was working perfectly just a few minutes ago when I logged in.
https://www.kayentatownship.net/blog

Now I get the following:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /blog/wp-admin/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I also got an e-mail from my host stating the following:
