Help for setting up Contact Form 7 is needed.

Hello out there!!

I am trying to get the Contact Form 7 on our site to work, I have taken over from our previous web master, however have some problems getting it to work and hope someone help fixing the issues as I am pretty new to this.

Before sending this request for help I have tried many suggestions on the forum however without any luck.

The set up of the Contact Form 7 is as follow right now;

Form tab;

<p>Your Name (required)<br />
[text* your-name akismet:author] </p>

<p>Your Email (required)<br />
[email* your-email akismet:author_email] </p>

<p>Subject<br />
[text your-subject] </p>

<p>Your Message<br />
[textarea your-message] </p>

<p>[submit “Send”]</p>

Mail tab;

TO: [email protected]

From: [email* your-email akismet:author_email] Issue:Invalid mailbox syntax is used.

Subject:[your-subject] Issue: There is a possible empty field.

Additional Headers: Reply-To: [your-email]

Message Body: From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
[your-message]

This e-mail was sent from a contact form on i-Tracking Thailand (https://www.itracking.asia)

The issue is that mails send via the Contact Form is not being received in our mail box.

Any assistance resolving this would be appreciated.
