Help fm within the dashboard

    Hi,
    Help!
    I am in a hurry and I cannot figure out how to put the list of form in the dashboard (actually the same like what we have in this page:wp-admin/admin.php?page=fm-edit-form&sec=data&id=1. I need also to put a search bar above to make some research on this list without going through the plugin. Two ways to do the same. Instead of clicking three times to access.
    I am unable to find the code of this web page.
    Is anybody can give me some indications to where to look at?
