Help finding the uploaded files?

  • Hi, can anyone tell me where it is the admn can find the uploaded photos? I do see them in the control panel, yes. The file name, where it came from, size, etc…
    I have an option to “download” it. This I do not understand? My user uploaded it.
    I am using Site Ground. Is it not in my media, similar to the files that I (me) upload?

  • Look in WP default upload dir. E.g. /wp-content/uploads/2017/03/

    Hi, if you haven’t defined a custom upload path yourself, then files will be uploaded to /wp-content/uploads folder of your website. To find them you can use the File Browser tab of the plugin’s are in Dashboard.
