  • Swap out the theme for a generic theme and see if the problem goes away… I believe it will.

Now you can ask the people at pagelines to help you fix the theme or else go through the files in the theme’s directory looking for ‘http’ instead of ‘https’… fix that and the problem should go away. There is two instances of that problem there.

I’m a bit concerned with the theme itself also as the index files and the server’s ability to handle problems there is kind of broken too. I got a 500 error while expecting a 404 or else an index file.

Yes, the problem goes away when you change the theme. Unfortunately, there’s no way to contact the theme creators other than email that they don’t respond to. If you go to there website for support the webpage comes up with a 500 error so I can’t even access the themes forums.

I’ve gone through the files looking for these exact instances (as well as the Database) with no luck of finding them anywhere. I’m trying to figure out how these two lines of code are being written and I don’t know enough about the WordPress engine to know how it constructs a page. I’ve also done a GREP search through all the files in the root directory and no instances found of these files. It’s very puzzling…
