• I’m going to cry! i have the following error message everytime I try to log into my blog admin.

    Warning:require(/home2/ab4205/public_html/wp-
content/themes/twentyfifteen/inc/custom-header.php): failed to open stream: no such file or directory in/home2/ab4205/public_html-content/themes/tewntyfifteen.php on line 341
    Fatal error:required (): failed opening required’/home2/ab4205/public_html/wp-content/ themes/twentyfifteen/inc/custom-header.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’)in/home2/ab4205/public_html/wp-content/themes/twentyfifteen/functions.php on line 341

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS MEANS!!!!
I am a middle aged woman whith no computing skills at all who was recommended to use WordPress as it ‘is so easy to use’! until now that is.
Please can anyone help, in words of few syllables and no jargon how i can get back into my blog admin?? I have read other answers to similar questions but they are just gibberish to me I’m afraid.
The blog still apears and is working but I cannot log in to access the dashboard. The last thing I did was install a plug-in to help keep my photos the right way up when viewed on a mobile.
Have I wasted all my blogging effort?
    Please help!
    my site is exercisingedward.com
    Thank you

  • you need to login to FTP/File manager provided by your Hosting guys and deactivate your theme by renaming it to TwentyFifteen.HOLD .

    folder structure

    Wp-content
      Themes

upload and activate a new theme.

no need to worry , your all posts/content is saved in database, just activate a new theme after renaming the present folder by loggin in to FTP as mentioned above

Hi Ializ, I’m having the same problem with Aaron theme.

How to I upload and activate a new theme through FTP? Usually I do this through WP admin. And I’m presuming FTP would be CPanel in my case (I use Zuver for hosting).

    Thanks for your help!
