    Hello, for an error on a custom code, there are lots of orders on my site that were not exported to shipstation from woocommerce. I already fixed the error on the custom code, but i need now to send all these orders.

    How can i send the export to shipstation from wocommerce? I’m trying to avoid importing by csv on shipstation.

    Help export old orders

    From what I gather, the issue is with orders not synced to ShipStation, due to erroneous custom code running on your site.

    As a first step, my recommendation would be to test if the connection is stable now.

    You can test the connection in ShipStation by going to?Account Settings?(the wrench at the top)?> Selling Channels > Store Setup.

    From there, you need to click on Connection next to your store and will need to enter your key again, found under?WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > ShipStation. This will let you know if there’s an ongoing connection problem or not.

    Importing by CSV sounds like the optimal way to do so, currently, I’m afraid.
