HELP! Error messages- not sure why!

    Hi everyone
    I’m relatively new to blogging and have now put 3 posts up on my blog with great success. However, I had to update a couple of plug-ins which seemed to go well, but now i’ve come back to my blog admin site to add another post and I’m getting the following error messages plus the dashboard is all over the place. If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated as I just don’t know where to start!
