Help enabling visitor feedback on site

  • I am using the Virtue theme.
    My customer wants to have a Testimonials area on the site. We misunderstood each other as I turned off posts, blogs, etc. when configuring the site and all the pages are set to default template or full width.
    I’ve turned everything back on and read MANY support articles on this forum.
    1) I can create a post from the WordPress app and see it on pages. I cannot see the entire content when I click See More; I get an error page
    2) What is the best way to get feedback? Blog; issue is signing in
    Post; Use a plug-in

  • Hey,
    1. Sounds like you need to re-save your permalinks. If you go to settings > permalinks just click save.

    2. You can allow for comments without signing in. But if your looking for testimonials you might just want to add a contact form where people can email in a testimonial and then you can place on the site.
