I already set the course to public view.

If you visit the link directly, it will have no problem, its like refreshing the page.
You need to

* visit https://iservv.com/courses/communication-training
* no need to enroll just scroll down to course content
* then click any lesson except article quiz 1 (this is where the shortcode is)
* then article quiz 1 (here the shortcode won’t load) it needs to refresh the page.

I already research about shortcodes not working, and they’re talking about this ajax loading, but I don’t know how to do this,

We have checked the links you provided and found out that the issue comes from the popup plugin you are using. (presumably, there is a lazy loading) It is not connected with us.
Please contact the support of the popup and ask to check out the case.
