Did you use any plugins ? If yes ,did you deactivate them ?

Customizr doesn’t support shortcodes as yet.

Is there a plugin you’re using? Is it enabled?

Apparently you forgot to [install and] activate this plugin.

acub – Aha – the plugin wasn’t mentioned on the WP shortcodes page so I assumed (silly me) that it was already built in to WP.
