Help display full blog posts consecutively

I am currently using the Zoo theme from themeforest, however this only allows my blog posts to be displayed as a list of post titles & feature images. When you open a post it only shows one post per page, and readers then need to click ‘Previous Post’ to see the next post, which is too time consuming.

I would like to display full blog posts, consecutively on the blog page of my site so readers can simply scroll down in order to read following posts.
Can anyone suggest a plugin or can help with the code I would need to change this, as I can handle basic html but am lost beyond that! I’ve been informed by the theme developer that it would need reconfiguring in the shortcode php file.
