  • Help disappears by not accepting tab

    Took many hours trying to configure the great plugin that you’ve done but I have no way disappears when you press ok.

    My page is https://www.consulmk.com and now what I do is that when you leave the bar at 8 seconds is left in tab but if you press the button again to accept the tab appear.

    Can you help me please

    On the other hand where you can set the time of the cookie so that you not only meeting, where in the code the plugin.

    Creo que no me he explicado bien. Cuando carga la web aparece la barra y a los segundos pasa a ser una peque?a tab. Cuando pulso a la tab vuelve a salir la barra grande de cookies y hago clic sobre el botón de aceptar, entonces lo que sucede es que vuelve a cerrarse la barra de cookies y se queda la tab de nuevo en lugar de desaparecer.

    En principio creo que al darle a Aceptar deberia de desaparecer todo y grabar una cookie como que la has aceptado y durante x tiempo no volver a salir.

    Ok entiendo. Igual, creo que ya esta funcionando correctamente pero lo podes configurar asi:

    Primero, borra el cookie para que puedas probar- ej. Google Chrome: Web Developer Tools / Resources / Cookies / viewed_cookie_policy]

    En el admin, cambia la opción “use show again tab” a “no”

    Lo que pasará es despues de 8 segundos, la barra cierra y NO aparece el “show again tab” (la barra chiquita a la izquierda). Cuando navegues a otra pagina no aparecerá la barra.

    Ya lo probé y funciona (Google Chrome / Mac).
