Help decoding tricky encoded footer!

  • Hi i got a free theme from a website but it has a footer thats full of things i dont want on my website.

    Its ok to keep the creator link but there are several others that are bogus and there is even an adsense tracking code in it.

    I found out that when i placed :
    <!–Our dear footer starts here–>

    <?php get_footer(); ?>

    <!–Our dear footer ends here–>

    and checked whats the code in the footer from the browser.

    Here is the encoded version of the footer that i would like to get decoded and remove the unnecessary things.

    If i remove the footer i get a warning message not to remove the footer and the theme is not displaying.

    Need help please. Got no idea with what is this thing encoded.
