• Hello fellow WordPress users and staff, I’m here today to ask if any of you can help me debug this code from my footer.php file:

    https://pastebin.com/qE82tuRK

You should know that i messed around with this code in order to put my own content in the footer of my site, so it is possible that i deleted some necessary coding by mistake in the process.

The problem that i am having is that in some browsers a part of the footer appears in the top of the page, like so:

    https://imageupper.com/s02/1/4/Q134636027454897_1.jpg

Although it doesn’t seem like such a big deal (and believe me i thought it wasn’t), this creates some errors with the plugins that use the footer such as optincrusher.

Additionally, for some reason on internet explorer, the footer text size expands, and the width of the footer shirnks. This only happens in Internet Explorer.

If you’d like to see this for yourself to get a better idea, please visit the site: https://manases.org

Anyway, i hope one of you can help me fix this problem. Thanks in advance.

  • I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you really need to seek support from the theme’s vendors.

Hello esmi, thanks for your response.

I have tried to receive help from:
    https://www.organicthemes.com/support/

But the problem is that to register an account there, they require a transaction ID which i don’t have because i purchased this theme a very long time ago.

We do not support commercial themes as you paid for support when you bought the theme. It is not our place to keep theme vendors in business or deprive them of any income that they may derive from support services.

That said, if the theme is really that old, perhaps it’s time for a new one?

Because with a new theme comes the task of rearranging and resizing all the content in my site, which i truly do not have time to do.

Then I can only suggest that you contact Organic Themes and see if they can help. Or consider hiring someone to carry out the work for you.
