HELP. – Dashboard admin table and user table with results

Is there any place in dashboard where as an administrator i can assign commission to the delivery driver for each order and then see how much they should be paid and on the delivery side in their account areas they can see their earnings commissions????

I cant find this … and its very important because they must win something as they work
