Help customising plugin

Not sure if this is the right place, but I’m looking for a developer that is able to help customise the plugin (hooks/filters) for a conference website. Below are a few of the things that we are wanting to do. Need the work to be completed ASAP.

? Create multiple ticket categories and be able to have a capacity limit that is shared within that category.
Ie.
– Conference Only capacity of 400 with multiple ticket types underneath this category
– Conference + Networking capacity of 100 with multiple ticket types underneath this category
– Networking Only capacity of 50
(we have a conference with a limit of 500, but the networking event has a limit of 150).
??ability to have group tickets (min purchase of 10 for a discounted rate) that allows the user to be invoiced instead of pay online. Order to be marked as pending initially (though tickets to be taken from the corresponding allocation so that we don’t over sell) and then the ability to mark them as completed when the invoice is paid. Note: We’re currently just running a function that finds ticket types that have specific SKU’s and then checks the qty and triggers a min order of 10 tickets on click
? Ability to send different emails to the attendee groups.
So first email is a thanks for registering, next might have an update on the program and then closer to the date will have the QR codes that they need to check in.
? panels/seminars within the event: At the moment, we just have the panel/seminar option as an attendee registration field. Would be nice if this was something where we were able to set the allocations for the seminars, eg 70 for this one and 150 for that one, as they are kind of limited based on the room they are held in.
We also need to create some sort of checkin system for the panel/seminar so that we know they are in the right one.
