    I am not sure what is going on but after selecting a product in the cart, users cannot enter credit card info without a credit card being saved in their autofill. The interesting this is, when I was testing I found that I can’t actually type a CC number in any WooPayment site. I have even tried some of the sites I found on here.

    I have also tried all suggestions I could find including using 4 different computers that have never been to this site. PC and MAC, Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox.

    To clarify, do you mean the card is saved to their account on your website or by their browser as auto-fill?

    Please note that if it is saved by their browser, this is not something we have control over.

    I tried checking your website, but it is not available.

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

    We block some international traffic on this particular site so I would need to know what country you’re in? The main issue is that I cannot type a credit card number in the credit card field. Many other customers are having the same issue. The anomaly is that some people can place orders if their credit card info has been saved in their browser. We do not store credit card numbers on this site. If you add a product to the cart and go to check out, you can’t type any numbers in the credit card field. I will work on getting the status report, but if you let me know what country you’re in, I can get you access. Thank you for your assistance

    Since you have blocked access to the site it is difficult to diagnose the problem.

    The Woo support team consists of members from all around the world.
    I recommend that you unblock the site for the time being so we can review the site and find out what is causing the problem.

    I visited the site again and it is still blocked by Wordfence firewall.
