    Hey all,

need some quick help. I’m using WooThemes original free Premium News theme on my site (www.WakeBoardSD.net). I know its a pretty popular theme so I was hoping that some people would be familiar with it. They provide 2 different layouts that to allow you to change the structure of the front page, one they call “blog.php” and one they call “default.php”.

Blog allows you to display any number of posts in full as you scroll down the page, and default allows you to use thumbnails and a short excerpt description of each post, more of a magazine layout.

Anyway, I want to create a new layout “wbsd.php” that will keep the existing top structure of the site (the featured posts section) but instead of displaying posts below in either the blog or default layouts, just display a static page. Essentially i will just post featured posts that will be displayed at the top featured section, and I want the main content to just be a static page that I have created.

Can anyone help me edit one of these layouts to do this? Here is the code for the “blog.php” layout they provided, and what is currently being used on my site (www.wakeboardsd.net):

Thanks in advance, and I hope this makes sense. I appreciate any help ??
