Help creating child theme

Would you be able to help me create a child theme for Longform?

I’ve tried using the codex and other online guides, but the issue is that there are multiple css stylesheets used by Longform so every method I’ve tried results in styling issues on the child theme.

A copy of the properly laid out child functions.php would be perfect.
