Help Core file has been modified

    Hi, I found five files on my wp admin when I scan with Wordfence plugin, and don’t let me repair.

    Says the following message: This WordPress core file has been modified and differs from the original file distributed with this version of WordPress.

    What can I do? Can you help me? I think that I have a malware on my site, and I’m not sure what I have to do for fix it.
