Help – Copied single product to another page but buy button does not work?

    Hi there,

    I want to show one single product on another page which I have created but when I use this code to show the product on the page:

    [product ID= “7627”]

    Even though the product is displaying properly on the page when you click the ADD TO CART button under the product listing nothing happens? Does anyone know the simplest way to fix this? So that the ADD TO CART button takes the user to the cart page?

    Hi there!

    You are correct. Clicking add to cart button on the product page that was created via the shortcode [product id="X"] where X is the product id should add the item to the customers’ cart.

    If you can cross-check and confirm that the product ID is correct, and the right product is being displayed, and you’re still having trouble adding the item to the cart, there could be a conflict somewhere.

    For further investigation on this, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
