Help configuring Stripe HQ plugin for Woocommerce

  • Hi there.

    I’m trying to set up and test the Stripe HQ plugin but having difficulty with it so far.

    I have configured the callback and redirect urls as detailed in the “Other Notes” tab.

    When I place a test order with the test-accepted credit card number I am always returned to WooCommerce with a message saying that the transaction has been declined by my bank.

    If I go into my merchant area and click “Fire LPN” it returns:

    string(0) ""

    …which looks to me like a problem because I don’t think it’s supposed to be empty. Nothing happens on the WooCommerce site and the test order remains marked as “failed”.

    What can I do to get this up and running properly?
